Consumer Right and Overextension
The professionals of Accolla e Associati assist the consumer in taking care of his fundamental rights (health; safety and quality of products and services; adequate information and correct advertising; exercise of fare practices according to the principle of good faith, correctness and loyalty; correctness, transparency, and fairness in contractual relationships; provision of public services according to quality and efficiency standards) both in judicial and extrajudicial phases.
The Firm also assists the over-indebted consumer in the procedure referred to in Law 3/2012, and this both in the initial phase before the settlement of over-indebtedness crisis and in the subsequent step before the court.
