Valeria Saronni, Equity Partner in the law firm Accolla e Associati, she has expertise in civil law and concentrates on contract law, corporate law, insurance law and cosmetics law.
Her focus is in providing companies with the best legal advice in litigation concerning violation of statutory or legal rules, acts of mismanagement by the management or control authorities, interpretation, and application of shareholders' agreements; she takes care of the preparation of contracts, as well. She advises cosmetic companies about damage compensation due to defective products and information obligations.
Together with the firm partner Federica Silva, she directs the civil law department of the law firm.
